Birthday Poem!

So I forgot last night in my long post about my birthday. I celebrated my 32nd birthday on October 12. I got a lot of lovely gifts, but one my favorite and memorable gifts is the gift that my hubby gave to me. He wrote me a poem. The first poem he has written to me since we've been together. So without further ado here it is:

Happy Birthday, My Wife.

With you for another year
I've gotta tell you something, my dear,
I'm happy with this God given life. . .

Life, what a ride,
But with you by my side
Nothing can come between us, my wife.

We've had our ups and downs
But, we've both hung around
Because there's nothing as great as this love.

You're the one meant for me,
And the older I get, I see,
That this was designed from above.

So, happy birthday once again,
I'm the luckiest of men
Having your smile and your heart.

May the next year be great,
I know this must be fate,
And I know that we'll never part.

I love this man with all of my heart and soul. I just had to share what a special gift I received.

Woah Where does the time go?

So I'm guessing that I should say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! We had a great Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas! I decided that I would dress up for Halloween this year. I decided to go as a Punk Rocker. Here's a picture of my transformation.

This was so far out of my comfort zone, but oh so much fun!! I'm even thinking of getting my hair done this way without the pink! My youngest went as Ariel and my oldest was a Toga girl. Had to come up with a last minute costume for her because she kept complaining about the one she had.

In November we went to hubby's Aunt & Uncles 50th Wedding Anniversary. We all got to dress up. It was a lot of fun! I have tons of pictures that I could show you from all of these events, but I won't bore you even though I would love to LOL

We did get Family Christmas Pictures done. I will show you my favorite from this. My friend Missy took our pictures! Thank you Missy!! LOVE THEM!!!

Ok so I just have to bore you with one picture or maybe 4 from Aunt Pat & Uncle Don's Anniversary because 1. my girls got to dress up 2. I love the pictures and 3. Because its my blog and I can!!

In December my youngest daughter Ally had a Christmas play at her preschool. She got to be the main Angel Gabriel. It was exciting. When my oldest daughter Abby went to this preschool she was Mary. Here is Ally :)

Eric and I also did the Breast Cancer walk in October with his work. We both have family members that had it.

Pretty much sums up the last few months except for one last thing.

I'm starting up a little business making cards and here is a set of Baby Shower Cards that I made for a lady that hubby works with. They are for her Sister In Law. My friend Missy drew the Snoopy's for me and I scanned them and resized them and then cut the little buggers out LOL

So this pretty much sums up my last few months of not blogging :)

One last thing before I log off for the night. For those of you that read my blog can you say an extra little prayer for my friend Missy's Grandpa. She is currently visiting him and he's not doing good. Thanks! We are here for you Missy! *BIG HUGS* Love ya girl!

So in closing God Bless and have a great evening!!!

Thanks for looking.

Time for a Catch Up!!

So I think its time to catch up. The girls have started back to school. Abby is in the 2nd grade and my baby girl is in preschool! They are both doing great!

I have done some scrapbooking lately. Well, at least in the form of making cards. I made a 100 invitations for Eric's Aunt Jerri. Wow that was a task :)

The next cards that I'm working on is my cousins Change of Address cards and my MIL's Thank You cards for work. I have to make about 50 change of address and about 20 Thank You's. Here is a picture of the Change of Address card. I haven't taken a picture of the Thank You's. I promise to share that when I get it taken :)
(Keep an eye out Donna! )

I did start up a Book Club and we've only read 1 book and had 1 meeting so far. the 2nd book that we chose to read I did read, but circumstance came up that we couldn't all get together for our 2nd meeting. I'm sure that we will get together soon.

Well, this is a short update, but the girls want to go swimming and its an hour before bedtime :)

Hope everyone in the blogger world has a great evening!!!

Ok I'm not done, LOL

I just had to share a picture of me with my Monkey from Build A Bear. I named her Scrappy. For those of you wondering if I got a sound, I did. I got the beating heart, the monkey sound and then I was able to do a build a sound. We had the girls one at a time say Happy Mother's Day and I Love You!! I will cherish this forver.

Oh My!

So it looks like I went almost 2 months without posting. What was I thinking? We did celebrate Ally's 4th Birthday. I do know that I was very sick before her birthday and we couldn't celebrate it the way we wanted. Hubby and the girls and In-Laws met Aunt Jerri @ McDonalds and they had a Tinkerbell party there. Hubby took pictures for me. On Ally's official birthday we went out to dinner and then opened up presents from us. Then that weekend we went to Chuck E. Cheese with my parents and had a great time there.

Abby did lose another tooth about 2 weeks ago. So she's missing 3 teeth on top. On another good note she also learned to ride her bike without training wheels. We are so proud of her.

I had a very nice Mother's Day. Abby made me a keychain at school and also decorated a cake at school for me. Delicious! Then the girls went shopping with Mimi and got me some bath things. On the Saturday before Mother's Day hubby and the girls took me to the mall to Build A Bear where I could make a monkey.

The girls made scrapbook pages for the grandmas and they loved them.

I'm sure that there are many more things that has gone on, but I don't need to bore anyone.

There are so many pictures that I could share of different pictures of the girls and things like that, but I think that I will share their layouts.

Also we have been in the process of planning Abby's 7th birthday party. It's going to be an all girl party. Can you guess what the theme is? Haven't guess yet?

HANNAH MONTANA

First I'll share the layouts and then I'll share the invitation that we made for her party.

Here is Ally's page for the grandmas. She put the stickers on and colored in Tinkerbell and the flower.

Here is Abby's page for the grandmas. She did everything herself. She even came up with the title.

We have yet to hear from anyone, but we just gave out the invites on Monday.
I do know that 1 person is coming though :)

I guess that's it for me for tonight. Time to get the girls into bed and then it's time for IDOL!! GO ADAM!!!!!
